Mega Monster Pack - A "Dragon Portal" A Pixel Art Sprite Sheet
A downloadable asset pack
This pack is an animated pixel art sprite sheet for an RPG or adventure game. All Animations include various phases, such as idle, walking & attacking.
This pack will be designed in several phases with ongoing updates, and will gain additional animations as the Essential Pack receives updates.
As new phases are complete, the price will increase, but if you purchase it now, you'll get those future updates free of charge. See update history for information on how far we've come.
Included in Phase 1:
- 7 Enemies / Monster Types
- Skeleton
- Rat
- Bat
- Living Statue
- Wolf
- Gnoll
- Idle poses
- Walking animation
- Attack animations (where applicable, Gnoll & Wolf)
Plan for Phase 2:
There is no set plan for Phase 2; I will create monsters as I fancy them. Feel free to leave a comment below with suggestions! I have endless ideas, but here are some that I will likely work on next:
- Mimic
- Goblin
- Zombie
- Scorpion
- Golem
- Orc
- Elementals
- Spider
- Dragons
Assets are designed to work with a 16x16 tileset. Each monster is designed at a different size, built to make sense alongside the base player sprites of Dragon Portal.
There are a total of 7 sprite sheets, as well as accompanied aseprite files with animations broken down by tags and pre-animated.

Are this assets 3 or 4 directions?
For the ones that make sense, they are 4. The bat, & Living Statue are single facing directions, all other monsters have 4. the Gnoll and Wolf also have attack Animations, where the others do not, they are more classically designed to "get in the way"
